Your first visit, in four steps

A first visit is unhurried, and you can ask questions at every step.

  • 01

    Request a visit

Send the form or call. Tell us a day that suits you and how you would like us to reply.

  • 02

    We check your benefits

If you have dental insurance, we look up your plan and tell you what it says it covers before you come in.

  • 03

    Forms, in private

Health history and consent forms are completed in our secure portal or on paper at the office, not on this website.

  • 04

    Exam and plan

Your dentist examines you, takes X-rays or a scan if they will help, and shows you what they found on the screen. You can leave with a written plan.

Fill in your forms before you arrive

The forms open in the practice’s own secure portal, so no health details travel through this website.

Before you come in

What do I need to bring?

Your insurance card if you have one, a photo ID and a list of your medicines. If you have recent dental X-rays, bring them or ask your previous office to send them.

Do I give my medical history on this website?

No. The contact form takes no medical details. Your history goes on the forms in our secure portal.

Can you get my records from my last dentist?

Yes. Give us the name and number of your previous office and sign a release, and we will ask for your records before your first visit.

Ready to book a first visit?

Tell us a good day and how to reach you, and we will take it from there.
